Meet my friend Austin ~ he is a junior at Pen Argyl High School, and he collected ALL this COLOR!!!

I went a little bit CRAZY when boxes arrived from CRAYOLA!!!! I was so excited! They sent all kinds of fun COLOR!

How's this for the coolest Secret Santa idea ever?! Ms Speer's class, in East Stroudsburg school district, did something pretty awesome .... Instead of doing a

secret Santa gift

her staff ...and

some students

too!!  all  brought

in COLOR for me

to share. 

Very first two boxes of COLOR packed and ready to be shared!!  These two were sent to a class of fourth graders in Alabama

​​Look at all this color collected by the students of DeFranco Elementary School, in Bangor Pennsylvania!!  They are a 'Leader In Me' school, and the color they collected went to a fellow 'Leader In Me' school in the Bronx, New York!

This is Mrs Mutchler, a lady with a great smile, who made me laugh, gives big hugs, and believes in helping other people...just the sweetest person! She collected color at her studio and donated towards shipping costs too!!

One touching donation, was made by the Findon Family of Pen Argyl, PA. Several years ago their mother/grandmother/great-grandmother, Amelia passed away on Christmas day.  Her family says that she would have loved Color for Kids ~ so in her memory, for the Christmas of 2015, all generations of the FIndon Family collected COLOR.  Their donation went to kids in Alabama and New York states

This beautiful lady is Mrs Cosgrove, a teacher at Green Valley Elementary School ~ her AMAZING school collected SIX big boxes of color to share with other kids! 

Some really nice nurses at Gracedale, the County home of Northampton County, collected this HUGE box of COLOR!

Some businesses have started their own COLOR collection boxes too ~ this one is from 'Just Breathe Yoga and Fitness' in Sinking Spring, PA

Meet Owen ~ Owen is my kindness HERO!  For his 7th birthday, Owen asked his friends to bring art supplies to donate to Color for Kids INSTEAD of birthday presents - how AWESOME is he?!  Owen turned his birthday into bunches of smiles for LOTS of kids!!! 

Carter is the coolest 1st grader I know! He (with some help from his mom) filled up these awesome little totes with lots of COLOR to share with other kids. 

Other schools are having fun getting involved with collecting COLOR ~ The Colonial Academy in Wind Gap, PA donated enough COLOR for a couple of classes!

​The Longchamp company, and Ashley Mondschian, totally ROCK! This past Christmas season they were kind enough to put a box under their office Christmas tree, and all their employees shared some COLOR!!

KIDS

My awesome teacher, Mr Kupec, helped me share my COLOR idea with my fourth grade class ... all my classmates brought in color supplies to share with other kids - it was AMAZING!! 

This is what over 200 coloring books look like!! Such an awesome donation from Mrs Jen Taylor! ​

I have three pretty cool brothers who help me with Color for Kids - especially with things like moving and shipping boxes ​

Sometimes secret collections just appear! I have no idea who collected this big bin of color, but I am so thankful that they did!!!  There were all kinds of color goodies inside I made up bags of color with it, took most them to a homeless shelter, and shared with kids who go there for their meals.
